In 1931, Brown Elementary was built on the present site of today's school.
In 1957, a finger addition was built onto the Brown Elementary School.
In 1965, an annex building was added. This annex housed the fifth and sixth grade students.

In 1982, an addition was built around the annex. At the same time, the original building, built in 1931, was torn down. During the winter and summer of 1990, a new addition was added to the east side of the new school building where the old playground used to be. The playground was then moved to the north side of the building where it is today.
