Members of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, the Buena Vista Woman's Club is the oldest service organization in Buena Vista.  Established in 1915 as the Civic Improvement League of Buena Vista" the club continues to provide support for the Library, Glen Maury Park, Food Pantry, Lisa's House, and a scholarship for high school graduates.  The club meets monthly at the Maury River Senior Center. Membership is open to all women who want to volunteer in service to improve the life and lifestyles of the community.
