To value the educational development of the entire learning community.

We are a middle school with about 500 students in grades 7 and 8 located in Tarboro, North Carolina.

We have an active Media Center with many book and computer resources. We have many sports available to students such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and tennis to give students a chance to develop their skills. Our band and chorus have won many awards for their excellence including the North Carolina Junior High School State Honors Chorus for two years in a row.
