Chappelow Arts and Literacy Magnet School is a school of choice where instruction is built around a focus. Our beliefs and practices are guided by our dual focus in the ARTS and LITERACY. This school has been designed to attract students throughout the district who have an interest in the educational philosophy of the school. Our reputation for quality instruction in arts and literacy will produce scholars who are high achieving, self-motivated lovers of learning. High expectations and a standard of excellence will be held for all students through explicit instruction and a common focus. Instruction will be driven by assessment, accompanied by a wide range of appropriate interventions as needed.
