Spring Season

Registration and preparation for the Season starts in January, so that teams can be formed and ready to begin play in April. Over 600 kids play. This is consider our in house league where teams primary play other Cheltenham Little League teams.

Summer Tournament

Tournament participation is based on tryouts and evaluations for this level of competitive play. Also, players must have participated in CLL's regular season to participate. Players must live in the Little League District 22 boundary to be eligible for the team. Teams are formed in June and games are played mid-June through late July as teams advance. Practices are daily unless there are games scheduled.

Fall Baseball

Fall Ball begins the weekend after Labor Day and continues through the first weekend of November. CLL participates in the Lower Montco Fall Ball League. Games are usually played Saturday and Sunday afternoons, approximately 8-10 games are played. Fall baseball is organized as a developmental league. Players participate in the division that they will play in the following Spring season. League age is based on the player's age as of April 30th. This makes fall baseball a great opportunity for players moving to a new division. Between 13-15 players will be rostered per team, since it is expected that players will also be participating in other Fall sports and may have conflicts that cause them to miss some games.

Softball

Fall Softball begins the weekend after Labor Day and continues through the first weekend of November. We play teams from Upper Moreland, Plymouth, Hatboro, Doylestown and many more. Games are scheduled mostly on Sunday afternoons and there is generally one practice per week. Each team is scheduled for 8-10 games. Fall softball is organized as a developmental league. Players participate in the division that they will play in the next spring season; League age is the player's age as of Dec. 31st. This makes Fall Softball a great opportunity for players moving up to a new division.
