CHILD, Inc. is a private, non-profit social service agency that has been the in the community since 1963.  We offer services to children and their families. 

Services include:  free statewide parenting education services; counseling for children and caregivers dealing with divorce, separation, custody and visitation issues; supervised exchange for off-site family visitation; domestic violence counseling interventions; domestic violence victim therapy; 24-hour domestic violence hotline; emergency shelters for battered women and children; 24-hour runaway hotline; emergency shelter for neglected, dependent and/or abused youth in care/custody of the State of Delaware; foster homes for at-risk youth in care/custody of the State of Delaware; and anger management for youth having difficulty in managing their anger at home, in school or other settings.
