Mission:

The mission of the Choctaw County Public School District is to provide all students with the opportunity to develop academically, physically, socially, technologically and emotionally to their greatest potential in order to become self sufficient, productive members of the twenty first century society. The Choctaw County School District consists of three fully accredited elementary schools and two fully accredited high schools. This district was among the first in the state to have fiber net (high speed internet connectivity) and one of the first to pilot early childhood education. The Choctaw County Career and Technology Center located in Ackerman is a public secondary vocational technical facility which serves the students of Choctaw County.
