City Lites Network Inc. City Lites is an organization which has been extremely active in the Los Angeles inner cities for over a decade. Our mission is to provide health prevention, awareness, and wellness, education, and community growth benefiting families in the inner cities of Los Angeles. City Lites is 100% volunteer driven composed of community leaders, collaborating organizations, concerned citizens, and parents who are committed to empowering their children and communities.
