Mission:

There is a new energy in the city government.  Our leadership will be innovative and creative.  We are united in creating a self-sufficient, productive, and prosperous city.

We will set a standard in achieving, sustaining, and maintaining a pro-active government, becoming a municipality that is responsible and compassionate to its citizens.  We will have a conscience.  Hearne will be a city where diversity is celebrated.  Our educational system for our young and disadvantaged citizens along with new and creative ways to generate city revenue are amongst our highest priorities.  Hearne will once again become a wonderful and beautiful city where it will be a privilege to live in.

My vision for the City of Hearne is to establish a city that is economically and academically empowered, a city that fosters optimism and nurtures its community to rise and meet its challenges.  A safe and respectable city where our citizens will have a voice and the opportunity to help build a foundation working together creating excellence in our community.
