Collinsville Public Library provides a place for reading, study and research, writing, and use of public access computers. All resources including books, audio tapes, videos, and computer usage are provided free to the public.

The library staff places a special emphasis our youngest citizens our children providing a safe place to learn, a safe after-school place, and the opportunity to make every dream come true.
