Congregation Eilat is a Conservative synagogue committed to the complete equality of women and men and to the active participation of each congregant within a caring and traditional approach to Judaism. We advocate a maximal Judaism -- offering the full range of traditions, practices, values, and insights that make our heritage sacred.

At the same time, we recognize that Judaism's greatness has always been its ability to preserve the profundity of its past while responding dynamically to the insights of each new age. That process of growth, development and reverence is very much alive at Congregation Eilat.
