Established in 1972, Cooperative Production, Inc. (CO-OP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals in Southeastern Massachusetts with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities through a variety of day and residential services.

CO-OP's mission is to help people with disabilities gain full presence and participation in community life by:

• Establishing services based on individual preferences and needs and within integrated community settings
• Assisting in the development of skills to enrich community living
• Providing opportunities and training for meaningful employment
• Establishing opportunities for valued social relationships
• Developing a spirit of autonomy
• Eliminating barriers between the individual and his/her community and in the delivery of services
• Promoting dignity and ensuring rights
