Corpus Christi Creative Connections is located in the S.E.A.District's historic Merriman - Bobys home, the oldest home in Heritage Park. Open for tours as the second oldest home in Corpus Christi and the business office for the annual Festival of the Arts, it offers an Art Gallery, Artist Studios, Gift Shop, Art workshops and free monthly Public Art Tours and ART in the PARK.

Corpus Christi Creative Connections, the 501c3 parent corporation for the annual Festival of the Arts, also hosts ART in the PARK, a free monthly celebration initiated to promote the creative community on the first weekend of every month from 10am - 4pm. ART in the PARK, is a weekend of newly installed visual art exhibits, live musical entertainment ranging from rock to reggae, folk to blues, country to gospel, appealing to all audiences. Art vendors are onsite with their hand made art creations in addition to a favorite with the youth, the infamous art-full KidZone and its make and take art projects.
