Our Mission And Purpose

Corpus Christi VegFest is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes healthful lifestyles through the whole food plant-based diet approach to wellness. A secondary aspect stemming from this path to wellness is a compassionate ethos for animals that we practice by avoiding products derived from animals. The purpose of this group is to host an annual festival in Corpus Christi that promotes local products that do not use animals in their production and to highlight the health benefits of introducing a larger quantity of fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, and other plant-based foods into one’s diet.
