About Us:

If you are looking for a strategically positioned location to expand or relocate your business, Bryan County, Georgia is a great choice.  Interstate 16 crosses the northern part of the county and Interstate 95 runs through the southern part, plus we’re well connected to global markets – less than 30 minutes from Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport and the Port of Savannah.  In fact, other major ports, including Charleston, Brunswick and Jacksonville are short drives via Interstate 95.

Named for American Revolutionary War partisan, Jonathan Bryan, Bryan County, Georgia was created on December 19, 1793.  Bryan County is unique in that one-third of the community is occupied by Fort Stewart, the largest Army installation east of the Mississippi River and home of the 3rd Infantry Division. Bryan County is perfect for those looking for the best of both worlds.  The north end of the county has a quiet, small town feel, and the south end keeps growing with numerous new businesses and residential development.

We have a number of locations suitable for industrial use in Bryan County.  Our Interstate Centre park located at Exit 143 off Interstate 16 is home to several established industries with ample land for new manufacturers and distribution companies.  On the south end of Bryan County, Belfast Commerce Centre offers large rail-served sites and parcels of land with frontage on Interstate 95.
