Since 2002, Fields-Sweet School has served as the district's Special Needs Preschool and the home base of the district's Special Education Office. As an early childhood learning center servicing children ages three to five, the goal is to help every child grow and develop into the very best they can become. The faculty and staff work with parents to provide developmentally-appropriate programs and activities for students in a positive, nurturing environment. Through the Typically Developing Preschool Peer Program, typically developing preschool-aged children are integrated into the classrooms to model appropriate language and social skills for children with disabilities.
