Our Produce CSA is a box of our seasonal fresh grown vegetables delivered over 20 weeks starting in June and running through October. CSA members have the option to add a season of fruit as well as weekly choices of: Meat, Eggs & Cheeses. We also offer different lacto-fermented pickled vegetables throughout the year.

Starting winter 2011/ 2012 we will offer a winter CSA as well

Earth Spring Farm is a new Vegetable and Fruit farm located in Southern Central Pennsylvania. We have a 200 member CSA and sell at farmer's markets serving the greater Harrisburg and Washington DC areas. We are Certified Naturally Grown and are in the process of becoming USDA Certified Organic.

Farmer Mike Nolan managed an 80 member certified organic CSA in Austin, Texas for 6 years before moving back East. I am very excited to be farming the beautiful limestone soils in central PA. My wife and I bought this farm, our first, in 2009 and we have been working to produce fresh, beautiful and organically grown produce to our 90 member CSA. This year, 2011, we will be expanding the CSA as we move onto some rented land in nearby Boiling Springs.
