The mission of the East Baton Rouge Council on the Aging, Inc., is to serve the elderly in East Baton Rouge Parish, to enrich and enhance their quality of life through advocacy efforts, creative planning and coordination and provision of needed services, and to make it possible for them to live independent lives as long as possible.
