The mission of the Economic Opportunity Committee (EOC) is to advocate for and provide individuals and families with limited income the opportunity to become self sufficient in their community.

The EOC provides a multitude of services to assist families in need in the following areas: Head Start pre-school services, Home Weatherization and repair, Energy Savings education, Credit counseling and debt management, prescription assistance services, Home rehabilitation, New construction and home sales, emergency housing and utility assistance, food baskets and child care.
