Usui Reiki is a simple and powerful system of healing that was discovered and developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. The Usui System of Healing is a three-part treatment. During a session the practitioner utilizes the universal life energy to heal, align energy centers and pathways, and the treatment of major joints. The practitioner follows his intuition or goes to where the energy will flow during the session while using recommended hand positions on or above the body. Unlike other practices of Reiki, there are no add-ons.
