Ester Community Association

History:

Community associations across America are beginning to come back to positions of influence as the failure of "big government" continues to make headlines. Small groups of neighbors agreeing to disagree, finding amenable solutions to knotty problems, and directing their own destiny. This is the very basis of American Democracy.

The Ester Community Association was founded in 1941. It incorporated in 1986 as a nonprofit. Its flag, with the motto "Mino Ergo Bibo" (I mine, therefore I drink) has been to both the South Pole and the North Pole, and the photos to prove it are posted at the local watering hole.
