Field Day Farms

13000 N Springhill Road
406-522-9501

Our certified organic produce is available via our Online Farmers Market, seasonal CSA shares, farmers markets, area restaurants and the Bozeman School District.

Field Day Farms was founded in 2008 in Bozeman, MT by Mariann Van Den Elzen in cooperation with local landowners and community members. We grow vegetables, fruits and herbs for Bozeman and surrounding communities while preserving viable, working, open space lands. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to access healthy, seasonal, locally grown food.

We currently grow on two fields, a 1-acre plot just two miles north of downtown Bozeman and a 2-acre plot thirteen miles north of town. We incorporate sustainable growing techniques into every aspect of the farm.

We have a number CSA options for our 2011 season:

- Summer Classic: farmer selects produce, 16 weekly deliveries, usually contains 6-10 items per box featuring over 75 vegetables, herbs and fruits over the course of the season, two sizes - half (1-2 people) or full (3-4 people)

- Winter Classic: farmer selects produce, usually contains 5-8 items per box featuring cold hardy greens, herbs and vegetables, 6 bi-weekly deliveries, one size share feeds 2-3 people

- Storage Crop: farmer selects produce, usually contains 5-7 items per box featuring all those veggies that are easy to store for long periods of time while maintaining flavor and their nutritional value. A great way to stock up for the winter; 3 monthly 30 lb deliveries, Oct-Dec, one size share

- A la Carte: you select your local foods via our Online Market when you want ($20 minimum/order), preferred pricing on all Field Day Farms produce, June-Dec, one size share

All CSA members can order additional local foods via our Online Market and have them included in their weekly share, with preferred pricing for all Field Day Farms produce. Plus you'll receive our weekly farm newsletter with field updates, produce descriptions, recipes, cooking and storage tips.
