About Us:

First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach is a church with a heart for people. People are the reason we do all that we do here. We have a wonderful host of ministers, both full time and volunteer, who care about reaching people. Our vision statement is "loving and leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ." After all, when Christ was on this earth his time and energy were spent on meeting the needs of people of all walks of life. He wasn't too busy for them. And at First Baptist, Daytona, we are all about people. When you visit us in person, you'll immediately know when you hear the very first message from our pastors or the Bible Study lesson from the teacher in the Sunday School Class that people are our main concern. We are interested first in their eternal destiny and then in their relationships and their joy in sharing Christ with others.
