Located in the heart of Louisville, Mississippi, First Baptist Church is a county-seat Southern Baptist church that's been around for more than 180 years and harbors a rich legacy.  While we are honored and humbled by our heritage, our church is seeking new ways to engage our community as well being involved on the mission field - be that down the street, in our state, across the nation or around the world.

Our ministry approach is family based.  We seek to partner with families to G.R.O.W. through Grace making an eternal impact in this world.

Our hope is to engage our community and spread the good news of the gospel, making Jesus known from the red hills of Mississippi to the ends of the earth.
