Mission:

Volunteers in Mission is a First United Methodist Church group committed to using their time and God given talents to complete laborious mission work, and to spread the news of Jesus Christ through witness. Mission work undertaken in the past has included trips to Mexico to help build homes and Frakes, Kentucky to put up siding, shingle roofs and build porches. Locally, ramps to the door of residents homes have been constructed, painting and other various tasks have helped many in our community. Even mechanical work has been done for those who need it.
