FISU - Foundation for International Spiritual Unfoldment is a non-denominational, non-sectarian, non-profit organization with 60 worldwide branches that teaches the art of Meditation and Spiritual Unfoldment. Our work is to deepen consciousness and spirituality through individually prescribed meditation practices.

We have begun operations in New York and will be running some introductory lectures followed by courses. It takes approximately 3 months to complete a FISU Meditation course.

Our teachings are accessible to everyone, and our special type of meditation is easy to learn and totally life transforming. It is not based on any religious system, intellectualization or has any prerequisites; all you need is a desire to discover yourself.
