Forest Hills Tuv Ha'Aretz

106-06 Queens Boulevard
718-263-7000

Recognizing the implications of the food choices we make, we see Tuv Ha'Aretz as an opportunity to improve our health, minimize our impact on the environment, build community, and connect with our Jewish values. We are excited to partner with Golden Earthworm Organic Farm, located in Jamesport, Long Island.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a mutually beneficial partnership where urban consumers receive fresh, nutritious vegetables while helping to sustain the livelihoods and stewardship of regional farmers. In a CSA arrangement the farmer pre-sells shares of his or her farm's upcoming harvest to individuals, families, and institutions. Hazon means vision. Hazon is a Jewish environmental organization whose mission is to foster a healthier and more sustainable Jewish community, as a step towards a healthier and more sustainable world for all. Hazon oversees 32 Tuv Ha'Aretz sites across North America and Israel. Tuv Ha'Aretz warmly welcomes Jewish and non-Jewish members.
