We are a non-profit organization of volunteers with the sole purpose of promoting cultural awareness and education in the visual and performing arts in Franklin County, Texas, for all ages regardless of race or ethnic persuasion. To further our efforts we work closely with other community organizations in the county and the surrounding area

History

The Franklin County Arts Alliance started with a dream of Jean Pamplin, in 1993, and has grown through the visions of many. OurOld Jail Art Museum is a treasure found nowhere else in east Texas. Our Cultural Arts Center, is a budding facility with the resources for an array of cultural activities for all to enjoy.
