Our Mission

Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC), is a not for profit organization that supports and presents the arts and artists in our community. We encourage community participation in the arts to enrich the quality of life of the county's residents. We foster arts awareness and education, and we encourage the use of arts as a tool for economic development.

Our Ethos

We believe that the arts are a necessary component of a high quality of life. The arts are for everyone regardless of race, gender or socioeconomic status. The arts unify a diverse populace and help to unlock creativity in all aspects of life.
