Freeman Cultural Arts has now become a "Virtual Art Gallery"!

We spent six adventurous and rewarding years at our 419 Edgmont Avenue location in downtown Chester, Pennsylvania and have fond memories of the exhibits and activities that many of you have shared. The decision to relocate to the web was made due to escalating costs for maintaining the facility and the impact of today's economy.
