As a personal trainer and a mother of four, motivating is what I do. Whether I’m motivating my fitness family to push through their first peak in my Fusion class, or motivating my kids to brush their teeth or send their transcripts in time for college, it’s part of my everyday routine. My goal is to provide fresh take on food and nutrition, inspire innovative and fun workouts and techniques, inform you of fitness events available to the community and lastly motivate you to stay motivated! Giving tips for setting goals and ideas for celebrating accomplishments, while congratulating my client’s hard work and success are all techniques I use to keep you in the gym and on your path to the best version of yourself!
