Overlooking the Vermillion River, near Parker South Dakota, lies Ghost Town Sporting Clays. The course sits on the abandoned site of Finlay, a short-lived village started in 1876. Rabbit targets race down the spillway where John Norton’s flour mill once stood, teal spring up between century old cottonwoods and battues can be seen curling over the old earthen dam.

Established in 1993, Ghost Town has thrown over 200 NSCA registered funshoots, using over 30 different shooting fields with all portable traps, making every shoot different than the last. The 100 Target Small Bore/Super Sport Tournament is held early in June, and includes .410, 28, 20 gauges as well as 3 separate 12 gauge events and Super Sport as well. Early September brings the Benelli Challenge, a 4 target flurry shoot where you can shoot up to 9 times on each flurry.

At Ghost Town our goal is simple, we strive to do everything possible to make your experience a memorable one.
