GRMDC sees a large diversified patient base in terms of culture/ethnicity, race, age, gender, insured and uninsured. Patients served at the Center range in age from 0-100+. The diverse patient racial mix is white (Middle Eastern, Greek, Syrian, Arabic, Albanian), African and American Black, Hispanic, & Haitian.

Greater Roslindale Medical & Dental Center (GRMDC) is a non profit community health center serving residents predominantly from Roslindale, Hyde Park, and West Roxbury, although anyone is welcome. The Center opened in 1975 by concerned community residents who believed there were many unmet health needs. Over the last 40 years the Center has entered into several licensing agreements, and since January 1, 1998 GRMDC has been licensed by Boston Medical Center. The Greater Roslindale Medical and Dental center is a hospital-licensed community health center of Boston Medical Center. Established in 1975, the health center's mission is to offer comprehensive primary health care services to area residents. The addition of several medical specialties compliment the primary care model and help make health care convenient for patients by having multiple services under one roof.
