The Greer Civic Association was originally founded in the mid-1950's as the Greer Civic Club to promote community fellowship and to provide the members of the community an opportunity to work together to maintain and improve the quality of life in our village. Since then, the Association has been helpful in setting a direction for our community and, through the voluntary service of persons and other organizations in the area, has completed many projects that have influenced our unique Greer lifestyle.
