Happy Hollow Homestead offers an array of organic vegetables, herbs, flowers, small fruits, and organic, free-range eggs. Happy Hollow Homestead operates a CSA from June through September, a pre-paid egg delivery service to Middle Haddam residents, hand- knit products, holiday wreaths, swags, centerpieces, and cemetery boxes during the winter season. In addition, Happy Hollow Homestead sells organic farm produce and other farm products to CT Farm Fresh Express, area restaurants such as River Tavern in Chester and Gabrielle's Restaurant in Centerbrook. Now equipped with a greenhouse, Happy Hollow Homestead has expanded to offer several varieties of vegetable and herb starter plants for purchase. And this year, Happy Hollow Homestead has linked-up with CT Farm Fresh Express to deliver food shares to the doorsteps of CSA shareholders.
