Hawaii Governor Josh Green, M.D.

Executive Chambers, State Capitol
808-586-0034

Josh Green

Josh Green is a proud husband and father, an experienced emergency room physician, and now ready to lead Hawai‘i as its Governor. For the past 20 years, Josh has provided health care for Big Island families as a physician and was elected to represent some of the island’s rural communities in the state House and Senate from 2004 to 2018. Most recently, he expanded the role of Lieutenant Governor by spearheading the largest healthcare response in state history during the COVID-19 pandemic.
