The Hillsboro Lions Club was formed in 1986, with a total membership of 31.Over the years we have grown to a membership of 56.
  our Lions group has been busy since we formed. We have built a press box and concession stand at the High School Football Field, Dugouts at the Firemen’s Ball Park. We also help out with community activities such as the Easter Egg Hunt, June Dairy Month Breakfast, 4th of July Celebration, Labor Day Celebration, Emergency Services Dinner, Christmas Food boxes and toys for the needy.
