The Historic New Castle Alliance (HNCA) is a non-profit affiliate of the Delawqare Economic Development Office Main Street Program.  We are committed to creating an appealing, accessible, and safe city.  Our mission is to create a downtown that is recignized as a historical and cultural destination that is attractive to both residents and visitors.  To accomplish this, HNCA will forge partnerships with community businesses, organizations, and governing entities.  HNCA has recieved support from both the City of New Castle and the Trustees of the New Castle Common.
