Mission

The Dominican Parish of Holy Innocents is a dynamic community of Catholic believers who strive to live out the Gospel message of Jesus in a manner consistent with the Dominican motto:

TO PRAISE, TO BLESS, AND TO PROCLAIM.

To Praise

God is praised and we are nourished at daily Eucharist, as well as through sacramental preparation and celebration.

To Bless

To share our gifts with other is to bless them.  Our numerous outreach programs touch the various members of our parish community including youth, families, seniors, the homebound and those who are grieving.  Ministry beyond our parish extends blessings to the less fortunate, the hungry and the homeless.

To Proclaim

Filled by the spirit with a vibrant energy, the message of Jesus is preached not only from the pulpit, but also powerfully by each of us in the way we live our lives.  We proclaim in our parish, in our Pleasantville interfaith community, in the universal church and in our daily lives.
