Hubble Foundation, established by Bridgette Hester, in honor of her late husband Jonce Hubble, helps to support and assist the families of fallen telecommunications technicians that perish on the job. Hubble Foundation also promotes the safety of workers at elevation (all industries that work at elevation) and seeks justice for climbers who have perished by effecting change in the industry safety regulations. Hubble Foundation awards scholarships to the children, widows, and widowers of workers at elevation, advocates with legislators to protect workers at elevation, assists families in all their endeavors to make changes within the telecommunications industry and engages in research to improve safety equipment and industry practices.
