The Jackson-Eastside Faculty and Staff believe all children can learn. We are committed to academic excellence, building self-esteem, and creating the best learning environment possible so that our students will become productive and competitive citizens of the world.

Jackson-Eastside has a total enrollment of 120 students in Pre-K through Fifth grade. Each grade consists of one self-contained class.

Our school is located in the small rural community of Jackson, the county seat of Northampton County. The county's major source of revenue is agriculture. There is a strong sense of community in Jackson and Northampton County, partially because churches and civic clubs in Jackson are a vital part of community life.

Jackson-Eastside has a strong support system of parents and community leaders. The energy, enthusiasm and concerns expressed by the parents and community are beneficial to the success of the students at our school.
