Nestled in the rustic hills of the Texas Hill Country and at the convergence of the blue-green waters of the North and South Llano Rivers, Junction, Texas provides its residents and visitors alike an oasis from the hubbub and strains of life. Tucked away under the oak trees just off Main Street, you will discover a quaint, limestone building outfitted with a homely charm. This is the home of Kimble County Library.

Kimble County Library offers its patrons and visitors the use of sixteen public desktop computers complete with Internet access. Free Wi-Fi is also available if you'd prefer to bring your own laptop or tablet. Need Wi-Fi after hours? No worries! Just drive right on over to our parking lot, log-on and surf the Internet to your heart's delight. Print, copy, fax, and laminating services are available for a minimum charge.

A self-serve coffee bar coupled with a relaxing place to sit provides just the spot to come and enjoy the morning newspaper or a good book or magazine. Coffee, bottled water, tea and cookies are furnished daily. An outdoor patio is available for those of you who prefer to relish the sights and sounds of nature while enjoying your reading material.

The O.C. Fisher Museum is located inside the library. Please feel free to come by and view the memorabilia of this former member of Congress from the great state of Texas. He served diligently from 1943 until 1974.

The Kimble County Library also features the "Kimble Krafter's Korner" where local artist's display their talent. A different artist is showcased each month.
