Mission Statement

The Knotts Island Elementary School Staff will work collaboratively with all learning communities to assist students in meeting high academic standards and expectations. Our curriculum, instruction, and assessments will be aligned with county and state standards to create a learning environment in which students and staff feel safe, supported, and respected. Working to achieve a high level of community and family involvement will enhance student's academic and personal growth.
