Central School is truly a special place! We have approximately 400 third, fourth, and fifth graders who come to us everyday from the adjoining communities of Lake Bluff and Knollwood, Illinois. The community of Lake Bluff is located south of Great Lakes Naval Base and north of Lake Forest, on the bluffy shores of Lake Michigan. We have HOT summers and COLD winters, but the "lake effect" always helps. Our children continue on to Lake Bluff Middle School for grades 6, 7, and 8, and then it's on to Lake Forest High School.
