Mohandas K. Gandhi once said 'you must be the change you wish to see in the world.' Lawrence Community Connections wants to be the change it wishes to see in low income communities. In accomplishing this task; we have taken the holistic approach to address the whole person; body, mind and spirit. This approach promotes prevention and considers all the factors, big and small, that affect the well-being of communities. Healthy and thriving places are created by healthy people. Our primary mission is to change people's economy despite the constant challenges and changes faced by individuals. Lawrence Community Connections (LCC) a 501(C) 3 non-profit organization was founded in 2010 by Milagro Grullon, a lifelong resident of Lawrence, MA. LCC was created solely to meet the unmet needs of the community. To reduce duplicity of services and create sound programs to change the local economy.

Vision:-

LCC will be guided by a diverse and dedicated Board of Advisors, who will work in a collaborative effort with staff and community. To continuously expand and enhance its cores services. Develop new services that address the unmet needs of the community. Promote the marketability and visibility of the agency and create new financial opportunities. Assume a leadership role in advocacy, thus becoming the agency of choice and by which all others are measured.
