About Us:

The main campus for Louisiana Delta Community College is located in Monroe. It is a new construction that was completed in June 2010. Situated on just under 70 acres, the Louisiana Purchase Building and the Advanced Technology Center boasts an air of contemporary space with technology driven learning environments. Encased in its 4 story, 128,000 sq. ft., some of the amenities the Louisiana Purchase Building houses are: 5 conference rooms (2 with teleconference capabilities), a theatre, bookstore, café, a day-care facility for 3-4 year olds, science labs, distance learning classrooms, student lounge and an amphitheatre.

In its 28,000 sq. ft., the Advanced Technology Center houses the most advanced manufacturing training equipment in the state. This facility is totally dedicated to meeting industrial training needs of both existing and future manufacturing facilities in Northeast Louisiana. Training is provided for both credit and non-credit.  On the credit side, Delta provides the only process technology training in the northern half of Louisiana.  It is a nationally recognized program with Associate degrees graduates working primarily in the chemical, petrochemical, refining and energy producing fields.

Louisiana Delta Community College is very proud to promote a healthy learning environment for our students by providing a tobacco free campus. Located on Millhaven Road, this campus is easily accessible from Monroe, West Monroe and surrounding areas.
