Magnolia Manor is a ministry of the United Methodist Church and serves older adults of all faiths throughout South Georgia. Governed by a Board of Trustees, Magnolia Manor provides a loving Christian environment and a caring staff, ensuring the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of residents and their families. Services include assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and specialized dementia care.

This multi-faceted community consists of Magnolia Manor East, a 210-bed nursing home, Magnolia Manor West, a 166-bed nursing home, and Magnolia Manor Assisted Living, a 44-apartment assisted living residence. A dementia-care wing provides a home for over 50 residents. Rehabilitative therapy rounds out the services provided on this Magnolia Manor campus.
