Magnolia Manor is a ministry of the United Methodist Church and serves older adults of all faiths throughout South Georgia. Governed by a Board of Trustees, Magnolia Manor provides a loving Christian environment and a caring staff, ensuring the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of residents and their families. Services include a wide array of independent retirement living options, assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and dementia care.

With scenic St. Simons Island, Georgia as a backdrop of natural beauty, Magnolia Manor offers a continuum of care for many who make our campus their "home". "Home" is a nurturing environment where a resident's needs are met by a loving staff you will come to know as family.

For independent residents, villa apartments offer a maintenance-free lifestyle. If you prefer a more pampered lifestyle perhaps our Catered Care is for you.

As the aging process continues, we offer assisted living care to meet your changing needs. When skilled nursing care, dementia care or rehabilitative therapy is needed, Magnolia Manor also provides these services.
