Maple Spring Garden
Family farmers who began raising vegetables by organic methods in 1972. Certified organic for 10 years, discontinued certification process in 2005. On what was once a worn out tobacco farm, we have rejeuvenated the land and created productive gardens and an ecosystem rich in biodiversity. We grow a wide variety of vegetables, berries, and cut flowers. Our produce is available at the Carrboro and Durham Farmers Markets, and thru our CSA. We participate in annual farm tours and teach workshops at conferences throughout the south.
