It is the mission of the Mavericks Soccer Club to foster the physical, mental and emotional development of its players through the game of soccer. We strive to develop skillful players who display a passion for the game and above all love the sport of soccer.

In 2001, The Mavericks Soccer Club celebrated its 10-year anniversary of providing a developmental and competitive soccer environment for the children of Basking Ridge and local communities. Over the years, the club has grown in size and stature and is proud to boast a program that is coached by full-time licensed and accredited professionals.

It is the goal of the club to give our young players the best possible coaching available, by first teaching our players the fundamentals, and then progressing to more technical and higher level skills and tactics in a competitive team environment. Coaches sharing their own extensive knowledge and experiences of the game guide our players through their development. At the present time, our coaching staff includes coaches from around the world. Many of our coaches are certified Physical Education teachers.
